Devlog 1 - Planning Process


This was a game design 1 final where we took a brainstormed idea and made it into a level. My process was wanting to find a mechanic that can be used for co-op game that puts more focus on the interaction between players rather than just the objective.  I ended up making a destructible environment which I intend to work into a competitive co-op game where the players can destroy the environment for points and eventually tie multiple ways to destroy objects and chain breaking meshes together. I wish I was able to experiment with the chaos field plugin after I found it for this project, but I always have time to improve upon it.
